Specialty & Exotic Coffee: It is a coffee grown in the village of Silvania, Cundinamarca, in Altos de Yayata, on the “La Esperanza” farm.

White Honey coffee is distinguished by its delicately sweet and subtle citrus notes.

This coffee of the Caturra Heirloom variety is produced through an elaborate fermentation process called “Honey” (after pulping the coffee, it is left with its mucilage in Fermentation for 36 hours and posteriorly dried), seeking to give complexity to the flavor of this coffee, and adding a minimum contamination impact since this method does not utilize water.
Only Colombia’s most experienced coffee growers perform these strategies in reduced batches to warrant high standards and distinct freshness.
