Single Origin Specialty Coffee: Grown in the shade at 1,500 meters above sea level in the Huila region of southern Colombia. Harvested, selected by hand, washed, and dried in the sun.

A cup that tells the story of the epicenter of Colombian specialty coffee, Pitalito-Huila.

The washing process of this Caturra coffee begins with the pulping of the cherries and then they go to the fermentation tank and last 48 hours fermenting, then these beans are washed with pressurized water to eliminate the mucilage, they come out of this process and the beans are dried in direct sunlight for several weeks.
